That's What Christmas Is All About

And the angel said unto them,
Fear not, for behold,
I bring unto you
good tidings of great joy,
which shall be to all people.
For unto you this day
is born in the City of Bethlehem,
a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.
And this shall be a sign unto you;
you shall find the babe
wrapped in swaddling clothes
and lying in a manger.
And suddenly there was with the angel,
a multitude of the heavenly host,
 praising God, and saying,
'Glory to God in the highest,
and on Earth peace,
good will toward men'.

Understand Music

“Women are like tea bags. You never know how strong they are until you put them in hot water.” - Eleanor Roosevelt

Cosmic Awe

Every two minutes, a picture of the Earth, the Moon, and the Sun — a 360-degree panorama of the heavens — appeared in the spacecraft window. And I’d studied astronomy, and I’d studied cosmology, and I fully understood that the molecules in my body and the molecules in my partners’ bodies and the molecules in the spacecraft had been prototyped in this amazing generation of stars — in other words, it was pretty obvious … we’re stardust.”

Electronic Dust

“I expected it to have collected some kind of electronic dust. Like hearing nostalgia of a decade I had slept through. But ethereal things do not age, and no one warned me of the imminent spiritual movement that accompanied this album.”

I want you to know that it is not always easy to love me. That sometimes my chest is a field full of landmines, and where you went last night, you can’t go tomorrow. There is no manual, there is no road map, no help line you can call; my body does not come with instructions, and sometimes even I don’t know what to do with it.
This cannot be easy. But still, you touch me anyway.
